The price depends on the type of project (for example a dormer, extension or complete renovation), the surface area and whether you also need a structural calculation in addition to the construction drawing. Extra options such as express delivery are counted separately.

Yes. If you combine multiple elements in one request, for example a dormer and an extension, a volume discount applies automatically. It is applied directly in the quote form.

The prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is always shown separately and clearly in the summary and on the quote, so you know the total amount in advance.

Every quote has a validity date. Until that date you can view the quote online and approve it with one click. Has the quote expired? Just contact us and we will make a new one for you.

This depends on the location and dimensions. We investigate this for you and handle the permit application if required.

Even then a good construction drawing is valuable: the contractor knows exactly what to build and you avoid discussions afterwards. We honestly indicate in advance whether a permit is needed.

Yes, that is available as an option with your request. We compile the complete submission package and submit the environmental permit to the municipality for you.

Yes, all our construction drawings meet the requirements of the Dutch Building Decree and are suitable for applying for an environmental permit at your municipality.

That happens sometimes. We process the municipality's comments in a revision of the drawing so your application can still be approved. Revision rounds are included in our service as standard.

We deliver the construction drawing within 5-10 working days on average after receiving all required information.

To get started we need a few things: the current situation (photos, floor plans), your wishes for the renovation and the address of the property. After receiving these we will contact you to go through everything.

Yes. If you are in a hurry, you can tick the express option in the quote form. Your project is then prioritised in the schedule and we agree a shorter delivery time together.

That is possible. If you have no existing floor plans or the situation is complex, we schedule a site visit and measure everything on location. You can include this option in your request.

Yes. You get access to a personal online project environment. There you can see the status and progress, view and download files, answer questions and send messages directly to our team.

You receive the drawings digitally as PDF and as DWG (AutoCAD file). Both the municipality and your contractor or other parties can work with them directly.

Of course. One revision round is included free of charge; any additional changes are discussed with you in advance. You can easily submit changes via your project environment or by email.

For any change to the load-bearing structure: an opening in a load-bearing wall, a roof extension, an extension or an addition. The municipality almost always requires this for the permit application.

Our structural calculations are made and checked by a certified structural engineer. So you can trust that the calculation meets the applicable standards.
