Yes. All drawings are delivered permit-ready in accordance with the Building Decree. Note: municipalities usually also require a structural calculation with structural drawing, which you can easily select with your order.
You receive floor plans, elevations and sections as a PDF to share and as an editable DWG file for your contractor. If you order structural work alongside, the calculation and/or structural drawing is included as well.
The first revision round is included free of charge, even if the municipality has comments. Any additional changes after that are discussed with you in advance.

Do I need a permit for a nieuwbouwwoning?
Ja. Voor het bouwen van een nieuwe woning is altijd een omgevingsvergunning nodig. Onze tekeningen voldoen aan de indieningsvereisten van gemeenten in heel Nederland, zodat je direct kunt indienen via het Omgevingsloket.

Je ontvangt plattegronden, gevelaanzichten, doorsnedes en een situatietekening op schaal, conform het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl). Je krijgt alles als PDF om te delen én als bewerkbaar DWG-bestand voor je aannemer. Een constructieberekening met constructietekening bestel je er eenvoudig bij.
