Yes. All drawings are delivered permit-ready in accordance with the Building Decree. Note: municipalities usually also require a structural calculation with structural drawing, which you can easily select with your order.
You receive floor plans, elevations and sections as a PDF to share and as an editable DWG file for your contractor. If you order structural work alongside, the calculation and/or structural drawing is included as well.
The first revision round is included free of charge, even if the municipality has comments. Any additional changes after that are discussed with you in advance.
With your order you can directly attach a project description and documents (photos, sketches, existing drawings). After that you get access to your own online file with direct contact with your draughtsman.

Bouwkundige tekening voor kozijnen
Nieuwe kozijnen plaatsen, een raam vergroten of een deur toevoegen begint met een goede bouwtekening. Daarmee weet de gemeente wat je gaat veranderen, weet je leverancier of aannemer wat hij moet maken en voorkom je verrassingen tijdens de verbouwing.
Ik wil mijn kozijnen aanpassen, waar begin ik?
Begin met je wensen: welke kozijnen, hoe groot, welk materiaal (hout, kunststof of aluminium) en welke indeling. Maak daarna foto's van de gevel en zoek eventuele oude tekeningen op. Met die informatie tekenen onze bouwkundigen de bestaande én de nieuwe situatie uit, klaar voor de volgende stap.
Heb ik een vergunning nodig voor nieuwe kozijnen?
Kozijnen vervangen door vergelijkbare kozijnen mag vaak zonder vergunning. Verandert het uiterlijk van de gevel, bijvoorbeeld door een grotere opening, een andere indeling of een ander materiaal, en is die gevel vanaf de straat te zien, dan is meestal wel een omgevingsvergunning nodig. Bij een monument of in een beschermd stads- of dorpsgezicht geldt dat bijna altijd. Onze tekeningen voldoen aan de indieningsvereisten, zodat je direct kunt indienen via het Omgevingsloket.
Wat staat er op de tekening?
Je ontvangt de gevelaanzichten, de plattegrond en de kozijndetails op schaal, van zowel de bestaande als de nieuwe situatie, conform het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl). Alles als PDF om te delen én als bewerkbaar DWG-bestand voor je leverancier of aannemer.
Moet er ook een constructieberekening bij?
Blijft de opening even groot, dan meestal niet. Maak je een opening breder of hoger, dan komt er een nieuwe latei of stalen ligger boven, en daar hoort een constructieberekening bij. Die kies je er eenvoudig bij. Twijfel je, laat het dan door onze specialist beoordelen.
Wat kost een bouwkundige tekening voor kozijnen?
De prijs hangt af van het aantal kozijnen dat je aanpast. Je kiest het aantal en je levertijd hierboven en ziet meteen waar je aan toe bent. Eén gratis revisieronde is altijd inbegrepen. Gaat het om meer dan zeven kozijnen, dan maken we een offerte op maat.
