For a new build we draw and calculate the entire building, from foundation to ridge. Floor plans, elevations, sections, verification against the Dutch Building Decree (BBL) and aesthetics requirements, and the complete structural calculation are all included. Construction drawing
Floor plans, elevations and sections of your renovation. For most environmental permits this is the basic document.
Structural
Choose how far we work out the structural part:
- None: no structural calculation. Note: for load-bearing parts this is often legally required.
- Calculation only: the strength of the load-bearing elements is determined.
- Drawing only: the detailed dimensions of the structure.
- Calculation + drawing: the most complete option, ideal for the permit application.
In doubt?
For work on a load-bearing part, choose "Calculation + drawing" to be safe. Not sure? Leave the structural part set to "None"; our specialist will assess it and advise you.

A construction drawing contains the technical details of your renovation: floor plans, sections and elevations. For most renovations this is required for the environmental permit.
Structural calculation recommended. For this element a structural calculation or drawing is almost always required for the permit. Do you have your own structural engineer? Then you can skip this.

For load-bearing structures a calculation is often legally required. Choose the right scope based on what you already have and what is needed for the permit application.
